Uses of Sesame Seeds: There are two types of sesame seeds in Nigeria.
- i) White (food grade) normally used in bakery industries.
- ii) Brown/mixed (oil grade) normally processed directly in to cooking oil and used as meal, paste, confections or bakery products. It has numerous health & nutritional benefits that includes minerals like vitamin B6, copper, iron calcium, thiamin, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc among others.
